The first weekend in Oct. 4th-6th. is the boards organizational meeting which is going to be held in Warrensburg NY,which is exit 23 off the Adirondack Northway (Interstate 87). THE LAKE GEORGE ESCAPE RESORT. Anyone that wants to drive up for the day may do so, others may bring their campers. You have to make your own reservation at the park number – 518-623-3207.
Tell them you are with the Northeast Area of FMCA for the meeting which will give you a discount. Feel free to email me also Z8iggy@aol.com if you have any questions, suggestions, etc. and I will bring it up for a general discussion at the open forum meeting which I would like to invite anybody that wants to attend. Maybe you want to volunteer ??? send me your name etc. and what you re interested in doing, and it if it fits or we can make it fit-work, you got it.
We do not have a theme yet, nor have committees been formed, some that have been contacted have already have accepted, but we are just getting the wheels rolling. We need the entire support and attendance of all the Chapters. Remember anyone can get sponsors, door prizes, ads etc.
